Prompt & Tell Contest Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Prompt & Tell Contest (the “Contest”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:  

1. Eligibility  

• Open only to employees of current customers or partners of 6sense (“Participant(s)”), excluding those living in Italy.   

• Participant must be eighteen (18) years or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of participation and entry in the Contest.   

• Participant must have the applicable rights and permissions required to use the information they include in their Entry (defined below) for this Contest.   

• Employees of 6sense and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible.  

2. Contest Period   

• The contest begins on July 2, 2026, at 12:01 am EST and ends on August 21, 2026, at 11:59 pm EST.  

• Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.  

• 6sense shall be the official timekeeper for this Contest.  

3. How to Enter  

• Participants must comment on the RevCity post with their favorite RevvyAI prompt (each such post, an “Entry”).  

• The Entry must be posted as a comment on the Contest page.  

4. Entry Requirements  

• The Entry submitted needs to be an example of a prompt entrants have had success with RevvyAI for Marketing or RevvyAI for Sales.   

• Text and video submissions will be considered.  

5. Prizes  

• Eligible participants who submit a valid Entry will receive a $25 reward distributed through 6sense’s designated advocacy platform, subject to registration and applicable platform terms 

• One eligible Entry will be selected at random or based on internal selection criteria determined by 6sense in its sole discretion to receive one (1) Breakthrough ticket, valued at approximately $1,500 USD.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.  

6. Winner Notification  

• The winner of the complimentary Breakthrough ticket will be notified via email within three (3) business days of the Contest end date (August 21, 2026).  

• If the selected Breakthrough ticket winner does not respond to the first email, two subsequent follow-up emails will be sent.   

• If the selected Breakthrough ticket winner does not respond by Monday, September 7, 2026, an alternate submission will be selected.   

• In 6sense’s sole discretion, a selected Finalist will be disqualified from the Contest and not eligible to receive a prize, if the Finalist is   

• unreachable or unresponsive to the notification of becoming a finalist via email;  

• declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize or any component of the prize for any reason;  

• does not meet eligibility requirements;   

• or has otherwise failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

• 6sense reserves the right to modify the email notification process described in this section.  

• 6sense reserves the right to screen the entries that determines the Breakthrough ticket winner, and in 6sense’s sole discretion, reserves the right, to disqualify and remove any entry it deems as inappropriate, unacceptable and/or fails to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. Participant agrees if their Entry is contested in any manner for any reason whatsoever, 6sense may disqualify Participant and discontinue use without notification. Participant agrees if Participant’s Entry is disputed in any manner, for any reason whatsoever, not to contest the decision of 6sense and that such decision shall be final.  

8. Non-Capture of Video Submission and Video Submission Errors  

• If, for any reason, a Participant’s Entry or any portion thereof, is not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, whether through no fault of Participant or otherwise, including but not limited to as a result of the effects of hackers or the failure of any electronic equipment, or human intervention, computer or cellular transmission, or network connections, any such attempted video entry submissions will become invalid for the purposes of this Contest.  

• 6sense shall have no duty to advise Participant of Entry failure, to allow Participant to resubmit their Entry, or any liability for such failure in any respect; all of which Participant thereby waives to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Specifically, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 6sense is not responsible for any lost, late, illegal, intercepted, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, destroyed, mutilated, unintelligible or not received entries, or for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operations, in transmissions of the Entry.  

• If Participant does not follow the instructions as stated above, their video will not be captured as a qualifying Entry. All video submissions that are not captured as a full submission for any reason whatsoever will be disqualified from the Contest.   

9. Intellectual Property and Right to Publicity. By entering this Contest or accepting a prize, Participants agree to grant 6sense and/or are presentative acting on 6sense’s behalf the perpetual, royalty-free right to use Participant’s Entry, photos, likeness, and/or any portion thereof, as well as comments related to the Contest for trade, commercial, advertising, and publicity purposes, at anytime or times, by any and all means, devices, processes, and technology, and in all language and in all media, now known or hereafter invented, contemplated, or devised, including, without limitation, the internet, television, film, and other audio-video devices, and radio broadcast and print publications for advertising, promotional, regulatory compliance, and/or other purposes without notice to the Participant, except where otherwiserequired by applicable law. Participants retain ownership of their submissions.  

10. Limitation of Liability   

• Neither 6sense nor its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants,  representatives, or successors shall be liable for, and are hereby released by Participant from, any claims, liabilities, losses, thefts, damages, costs or expenses, whether direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or use, and whether in an action in contract or tort, relating to or arising out of the Contest, including but not limited to any injury to any Participants or its invitees, except to the extent caused by 6sense gross negligence or willful misconduct.   

• Participant further agrees that in any cause of action, liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees.  

11. Privacy; Generative Artificial Intelligence 

• Personal data collected will be used solely for Contest administration, marketing purposes, in accordance with 6sense’s Privacy Policy: https://6sense.com/privacy-policy  

• Contest Participants must have all rights and permissions to use any data used in or to create the video.  

• For any questions or concerns related to personal data and this Contest, please reach out to [email protected]. 

• Entries may include outputs generated using generative AI tools. 

• Participant is solely responsible for the content of their Entry, including any AI-generated outputs, and represents that such content does not violate any applicable law, confidentiality obligation, or third-party rights. 

• Participants must not include any personal data, confidential information, or proprietary information in prompts or submissions unless they have the legal right and authorization to do so. 

• 6sense makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated content submitted as part of the Contest. 

12. Taxes  

• The value of the prize winnings may be taxable as income to the Finalists. Finalists are solely responsible, at their own costs, for all matters relating to the prize, including but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes. It is the sole responsibility of the Finalists to seek independent counsel regarding tax implications.  

13. Governing Law  

• Except where prohibited, by participating, Participant agrees that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, administration, and enforceability of the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the state of California.  

14. Miscellaneous  

• 6sense reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest at any time.  

• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions
