Gabrielle Blackwell is an SDR Manager at Culture Amp responsible for developing the company’s inaugural outbound efforts in North America. This includes hiring, coaching, and developing top-performing Sales Development talent while evangelizing the importance of engagement and culture. Gabrielle’s forté lies in establishing team-oriented cultures where progress and innovation is recognized and rewarded. She’s been recognized as a LinkedIn Top Sales Voice in 2021 and a Salesforce Top Influencer in 2022. Outside of work, Gabrielle can be found contributing to the sales development leadership community through mentorship and content.

A seasoned veteran within the SDR Leadership ranks, Ernest Owusu operates as Sr. Director of Sales Development at 6sense where he has spent the past several years operationalizing and scaling the 6sense BDR team. With previous experience as an NFL athlete, Ernest thrives in team environments full of high collaboration and healthy competition. Outside of the office, you’ll find him tackling the industry’s diversity problem by mentoring and empowering under-represented people so they can confidently grow their careers.
