Within Subjects Effects

Share

Within subjects effects refer to effects that result from changes in the subjects, or differences in how they answer or perform on repeated trials or questions. For example, we asked marketers which of 12 items they measure as part of their standard reporting. Within subjects testing tells us which items are most popular within the group of subjects. For example, marketers are reliably more likely to measure MQLs than Early Stage Opportunities. Their preferences are a within-subjects effect.
