As a SaaS provider, 6sense knows earning and maintaining trust is essential. We’ve made significant investments in technology, processes and people to ensure that our platform meets industry standards for availability, security, privacy, and compliance to include:
- Executive endorsed Security department, reporting to the CIO, with teams operating security incident response, vulnerability management, secure SDLC, continuous monitoring, threat hunting, vendor management, customer assurance and risk management programs.
- Dedicated privacy management program co-managed by a team operating in two layers: executive (CFO, CTO, Legal) and engineering level. The legal team includes Assistant General Counsel – Privacy & Compliance and Associate Privacy Counsel.
- Annual independent third-party SOC 2 Type 2 audit covering all five available Trust Service Criteria; Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality and Privacy.
- Annual independent third-party ISO 27001 audit to maintain certification.
- Compliant with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, UK-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
- Annual independent third-party network, web application and API penetration assessments.
- Platform built on highly available infrastructure from AWS, with multiple systems running the service, designed to meet our RTO and RPO commitments.
