Why Should I join the Stotz Equipment Team? -Family Company: The company, founded as Arizona Machinery in 1947 by Fred Elder and Jim Deaderick, began as the John Deere and Caterpillar dealer for the majority of AZ. Fred Elder’s son-in-law, Ferenc Rosztoczy, took over management in 1975, and in the late 1990’s, management transitioned to Ferenc’s oldest son, Tom Rosztoczy. His two other sons, Rob and Teddy, serve as Vice-President and Corporate Sales Manager the Golf Sales Manager for operations in the southwestern U.S., respectively. -Value on Employees: people are the company’s #1 asset.
