1995 wurde die Firma Makro Factory als IT-Beratungshaus gegründet. Seitdem sind wir stark gewachsen. Mittlerweile haben wir rund 50 Mitarbeiter, die sich auf die Standorte Karlsruhe, Freiburg und Nürn...berg verteilen. Unsere Kunden schätzen uns seit vielen Jahren als „Trusted Advisor“, der sie bei ihrer IT-Strategie hinsichtlich aller Geschäftsprozesse berät. Gerade hier zeichnen wir uns durch den „Makro“-skopischen Blick aus: Da es unser oberstes Gebot ist, Sie als Kunden ganzheitlich zu verstehen, haben wir unser Wachstum genutzt, um uns stärker auf die einzelnen Segmente zu spezialisieren. Eine Unterteilung in die Marktbereiche Midmarket, Financial Market und Enterprise liegt bereits vor. Für die nahe Zukunft sind weitere Untergliederungen in Öffentliche Auftraggeber sowie Health Care angedacht. Unsere Größe erlaubt es uns neben der reinen Beratung auch komplexe Projekte zu realisieren. Wir setzen auf kurze Kommunikationswege zwischen den einzelnen Geschäftsbereichen, um dynamisch auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden einzugehen. Ein weiterer Vorteil der Makro Factory ist, dass wir herstellerneutral sind. Bei einem Data Center Projekt der Sparkasse Karlsruhe Ettlingen haben wir zwei unterschiedliche Herstellerlösungen für den parallelen Testbetrieb implementiert, um die für unseren Kunden optimale Lösung zu erörtern. Im Bereich Infrastruktur basiert unser Angebot auf der Automatisierung virtueller Instanzen. Dieses Framework ergänzen wir durch Anwendungen wie Monitoring Tools, Verschlüsselungstechnologien, Caching und I/O Optimierung. Wir haben sehr hohe Umsetzungskompetenzen bei Lösungsstrategien und für den Aufbau virtueller Infrastrukturen.
