Malachi Threadgill is a practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience developing and implementing marketing strategies for telecommunications and software-as-a-service organizations.
His primary focus for the last half decade has been leading marketing transformation efforts for Masergy, a global networking, UCaaS, and managed security organization. In this role, Malachi was responsible for augmenting the marketing strategies to align with a shifting sales model to diversify and drive direct and indirect business.
He also led demand generation and developed Masergy’s account-based marketing (ABM) and business development rep programs.
Jeffrey Yozwiak is a consultant with Forrester’s Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) practice. In this role, he works with Forrester’s clients to measure and articulate the business value and financial impact of technology and process investments. Jeffrey’s areas of focus include business analytics, software development, and IT processes and operations.
Before joining Forrester, Jeffrey was a product manager at the technology startup Pronoun, which sold to Macmillan Publishing in 2016. Jeffrey has led international software development teams and built award-winning products. His entire career has been focused on technology entrepreneurship.
