Conversational Email Supercharges Event Follow-up

The case for leveraging Mia’s automated email-writing capabilities for this task was clear, Dina says. Because Mission Cloud sponsors large conferences that can generate over 10,000 leads in a matter of days, Dina knew their human BDRs couldn’t handle that volume of engagement at the speed the business demanded. 

“Even if our BDRs contacted the ‘hot leads’ — even if it’s just 10% of leads — it simply wouldn’t be sustainable,” Dina explains. “Time is of the essence for event follow-up.”

It’s true: nearly half of buyers say they’re more likely to buy when follow-up happens in a timely manner.  

Conversational Email uses 6sense intent data to craft personalized email using generative AI and send these emails at scale, only looping in humans when necessary.

The best part? The emails are nearly indistinguishable from what a human would write, says Dina. “It’s not like sending a marketing message. It’s written and devised like it’s a person reaching out.”

  • Over 4,000 emails sent 
  • A 2% conversion to opportunity rate for AI emails
