Who are We? – BSIA Balkan Survey Institute- Albania (BSIA) is an institute founded as a non-governmental volunteer initiative, non-profit, apolitical and laic, without any religious, ideological or lo...cal affiliations. The founders of this institute come from a wide range of professions and experiences in various fields, which each according to his/her possibilities and capabilities, enable the delivery of their expertise according to their specialized areas. Through the possibility of conducting various surveys, polls and questionnaires, following rigorously academic criteria, and with a trained staff by professional poll-makers, BSIA comes in aid to every public or private institution, to measure the public’s or client’s perception related with a service, product, policy-making, social-cultural-economic phenomena etc. By measuring the public opinion, we offer to the governing institution or the company competing in the market, an opportunity to understand deeply and closely the negative and positive aspects of their service or product, thus offering a new perspective to increase the quality in providing their service/product, or an analyses related with the improvement of the public/private management, as well as designing new policies that are more efficient, effective and optimal according to their applied terrain.
