Awards Week: Female Founder to Watch and 40 Under 40
Winner, winner, chicken dinner! No, seriously though. It’s been an exciting year for 6sense. And that our CEO and Founder Amanda Kahlow took home two big awards this week is just icing on the cake. Here’s the scoop:
Last night at the Women 2.0 Awards, Amanda was named one of five outstanding “Female Founders to Watch.” Selected from over 600 founder nominations, Women 2.0 identified recent growth, funding, market position and alignment with the Women 2.0 community as factors that distinguished Amanda’s leadership from the rest. Thanks Women 2.0, we think you’re on to something here…
We’re also proud to announce that Amanda was named to the 2015 40 Under 40 list – alongside Box Co-Founder and CEO Aaron Levie and Zenefits Founder and CEO Parker Conrad (just to name a few.) San Francisco’s Business Times annual 40 Under 40 Class is a collection of the most influential young leaders across the spectrum of Bay Area businesses; they are recognized as exceptional leaders within their companies, industries and communities. All of this year’s 40 Under 40 honorees’ will appear in the publication (to be released on March 20th, 2015).
